We will offer full refund on successful return of any of the item that you would like to return in line with our refund and return policy. Please follow the below guidelines for more information.

Return service:

We offer return services to our customers. If you are wanting to return any of our products you should get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can initiate your return and provide you with the return label to return your item. Please be advised that there will be a charge associated with the return label which will be based on the product itself dependent on the quantity or number of items the return is required for. Please also note that some of the return may be collected by our Courier Company but not all the returns are possible to be collected from your door and you may need to drop it to our local depot or nearest postal service. Please note that if you wish to return any item then we appreciate if you return it in the condition that you have purchased the item in and we may not accept a refund for any item that has been damaged and we may still offer partial refund based on the damage to the item. 

Refund your money:

If you returning any of our products please note that the refund cannot be processed until and unless we receive the return item and once it has been assessed by our team we will process your refund accordingly based on having satisfactorily return and undamaged item which is being returned in its original and unused condition. we will wait until we receive your item. Once the item is received and assessed we will issue you a refund to your original payment method that you have used to make the purchase. After receiving the item, we will refund your money to the payment method you have used to pay us. Please note that if you have used your eWallet balance to make the purchase in that case we will process the refund to your eWallet balance.

Return your item, follow the guideline, and receive your refund:

  1. Go to your Member Account
  2. Click Inbox,
  3. Click Compose, send to Admin and type subject return item
  4. Type the reason for returning your item in the message box
  5. Click Send

Once your request is received we endeavour to process your requests within 24-hours however delays can occur due to weekends and bank holidays. This manual process will continue to return your item at present and we are bringing in the auto return process from your order details very soon as we are always working for you to make the shopping and customer service experience as smooth as possible by streamlining the processes and procedures. We will also be requesting and negotiating with PayPal to support us for the return process if you are placing your orders with PayPal through our payment gateway system.
